We get on really well- so many things I can relate to with him from family issues to world affairs- and even when we aren't talking it doesn't feel awkward, which is a huge problem I had with my ex, he make me feel uncomfortable for not saying something constantly- he made me feel uncomfortable generally in the end, is now on the 'list' of what was I thinking. But you will be a doormat, and she will manipulate you to your detriment again. Why cant I or shouldnt I date someone else too. Thats a lot of the reason I did not date for 3 years. Not out of obligation but as a matter of respect. Im always honest about it too, which isnt always easy. Reddit seems like a good place to throw this problem out there. I am not sure what dating means when you say there no official commitmentI am thinking that should be discussed. No I have no right to make demands on him and what he does is his choice. I started "casually" dating a girl a couple weeks ago. What a bunch of douchebags. Why cant I or shouldnt I date someone girl im dating slept with someone else too. The biggest problem I have, and the reason why im posting this is that she never told me what happened, until 7 months later. Basically, don't think about the past or where she's been or what she's done. I started hanging out with my girlfriend as friends in early April and started dating towards the end of May and became official on June 26th. You either tell him, or you don't. Is it a good idea to just come clean with him and enquire as to what the hell he wants, if anything?.
Why would you want to continue with a woman who slmeone don't trust? No sex or anything but by this time we were acting like a couple- yno as you do after a drunken night out- longest, yet best date of my entire life and since then they continue to be like this- I'll see him about once a week but it's in long bursts and since have started sleeping together. What's wrong with checking out someone else too? Just I would know that our ideas on intimacy are not on the same page. Even if she comes back to you now that doesn't mean she isn't going to dump you again down the line or try another break while using you as her back up.
I do believe that after a few dates both parties should be upfront and in agreement with which ever way you choose.
