Dropwizard metrics 5 support

Dropwizard metrics 5 is in RC2. The 5 series is not source nor binary compatible with metrics 3 and 4. However, for hdrhistogram-metrics-reservoir the biggest change should be that the package name changed from com.codahale.metrics to io.dropwizard.metrics5.

Metrics-scala is currently preparing Dropwizard metrics 5 support. Since hdrhistogram-metrics-reservoir is a dependency, I am kindly requesting a release of this library that depends on Dropwizard metrics 5 as soon as its out.

BTW, please make sure to change both the artifact and package names so that old versions can run along newer versions. For consistency with Dropwizard metrics and metrics-scala I recommend the package name org.mpierce.metrics5.reservoir.hdrhistogram. Then you can either add a number to the artifact's groupId (as Dropwizard metrics does), or to the artifactId (as metrics-scala does).
