[Scripts] Remove CacheDScripts

Issue #34 new
Master Toma repo owner created an issue

CacheDScripts have to be moved to Scripts dir, and installation target should move few of them to CacheDScripts/ and to Script/

Rationale: a lot of duplication (npcdata, watch_list, etc)
