[CacheD/Auction] Agit Bid again bug.

When player bid again for one agit, there is a bug and server discount full minimum bid again from clan warehouse. If player bid was 5000000 adena and then bid again to 5700000 adena, server discount 5700000 adena from warehouse if player has this quantity else show system message "You cannot participated in an auction" instead discount 700000 adena.

If you use CacheD c1 original bug is missing.
