[L2Server] Aden Castle trap bug

When siege is finished, trap device still are enebled.

    I believe original, in c2 if you add trap device to script for all others castle happen same.

    Trap is activated when siege begin, but don't disabled when siege is finished

    For reproduce:
    1. Create 2 clans
    2. //set_castle_owner 5 "clan1"
    3. setup siege registration
    4. Add clan 2 to attack list from npc
    5. Then setup trap dev from chamberlain
    6. Begin siege using //set_siege
    7. Capture castle with clan attacker and change local time for siege to finish
