C1 original bug, how to reproduce:
- Select monster or npc far away from you
- Do seconds click on target for begin action (talk or attack).
- When char runs to target select other different target (npc or yourself but you don't double click on new target)).
- When char is in range of the first npc target, action (talk or attack) is interrupted

Fix:
CMoveToTargetAction::OnLostTarget
is aligned to be like in C4 in order to fix this
