Configuration is not saving

After saving slack webhook url and slack channel name in plugin configuration page, it is getting disappeared next time when i select edit configuration. Hence slack notification is not coming in the channel.

We are also experiencing this issue. Is there a solution in the works currently? If so do you have an ETA for the fix?

hey @Mathieu MARACHE , our organization is having this issue as well. It’s strange because some existing slack notification confoguration persists, but new entries are not saved. I did not find any glaring errors in the logs, so not sure what’s going on here. The bot name is always saved and persisted if that helps! Thank you!

In our case the issue is that in Bamboo we have both a Slack notification plugin and a MS Teams plugin, and unfortunately they use the same parameter name for specifying the hook url, and MS Teams wins out. So by plugging the hook in to the Teams field, but saving as Slack, it works.

The steps are:

1. go to the Notifications tab and edit the notification
2. choose Microsoft Teams for the recipient type
3. enter the slack webhook url
4. change the recipient type to Slack
5. save the notification

We are facing this issue in Bamboo 7.1.2 and app version 1.5.9. The URL field does not save for us.
