keyboard command not triggering deployment

Hi, I'm using osx 10.8.5 with sublime text 2.0.2 build 2221. 1) installed cq5 saver thru the package control. 2) checked out all source codes from a local cq5.6.1 instance everything under /apps into the file system. 3) did a minor change to one of the file eg. <project-directory>/jcr_root/apps/<project>/global.jsp 4) use ctrl + shift + s 5) checked the sublime text console, but nothing is being logged. nothing is being deployed to the instance. the configuration of the instance is the default using port 4502 and default admin login. 6) attached log file

Is there anything I've missed out?
