Update the PDF generation code

• Dialogue lines should be kept with character lines

• Slug lines shouldn't be orphaned

• Dialogue/parenthetical sequences shouldn't be the last item on a page

• Update code to determine when a page break should occur

• Add all metadata to the title page

Let the user customize:

• If scene headers should be bold

• If scenes should be numbered

• Should the first page of the script be 1, or the title be 1
