changing text placement

Just downloaded your app.

Scene Header format gets moved to character after opening a saved file. All other formats are changed as well. I saw another open issue about this. I just wanted to let you know it's affecting me to. Good luck.

Improvements to the fountain importer - see #36 and #37. Got rid of extra files from jsPDF. Fixed menu issue - resolved #38.
