Cytogedevo Deletes Lineage After Combining Networks

Whenever I combine two networks, my only output is the shared names between my OTUs. My lineage (kingdon, phylum, order, class, etc.) gets deleted and I cannot look to see the difference between some of the species without looking up the OTU on my table. I am using Cytoscape 3.5.1 and Java 1.8.0_131 and a 64 bit Macbook Pro.
