Use nearest planet to calculate additional loot (mine production in-flight)

Currently Skynet uses the selected planet to calculate the flight time and the resulting additional loot through mine production in-flight. This leads to wrong results when scanning from various planets, esp. when they are in different galaxies.
Example: I'm scanning targets in galaxy 2 and 8. When selecting the start planet in galaxy 2, Skynet always tells me to attack targets in galaxy 8, when selecting the start planet in galaxy 8, Skynet recommends targets in galaxy 2.
Skynet shouldn't use the selected but the nearest planet to calculate the flight time.
