Implement new function to collect resources and send it to a another planet.

Configuration per planet

• Destination
• Ship type (small or large transporters)
• Speed in percent
• Resources to leave behind
• Mission (Transport or Deployment)

After click all settings are automatically set, the user just press Enter to continue.
