Show enums from extended aspects in selectors

When retrieving the lists of choice of values for

• Attribute type
• Operation return type
• Parameter type

enums from extended aspects are not shown. They should be shown, however.

Resolved issue #126: Improved item providers in order to not filter out enums from extended aspects and properly display them by the label provider (prefixing with the aspect name).
