Create User Guide for TouchRAM users

The current quick_reference.pdf located in the root of the repository is outdated. It should be replaced by a proper user guide that explains not only the gestures, but also how to create a concern, create the feature model and the design for a feature, reuse an existing concern and so on.

Further possible topics could be:

• how to run TouchRAM
• how to change the settings
• troubleshooting (e.g., memory adjustments)
• what to do in case of problems (create issue on our issue tracker or email the RAM developers mailing list [we should probably create one for that, where also commits can be emailed to])
