Advanced Aspect Message View Support

While it is currently possible to see a list of affected by, this is done in the old message view overview container, which will be removed once the navigation bar is finished.

Instead, there should be a panel component in the corner of the message view which displays the list of affected by. There, it should also be possible to add, remove and reorder them.
