Move commons project to core repository

The commons project contains helpful classes that are generic and should be made available in the core repository instead. Especially since it contains the ResourceManager for conveniently loading and saving EMF-based models.

The Wiki needs to be updated as well correspondingly.

It would be great to preserve the history of that project for future reference.

Resolves #319: Removes the commons project from this repository, which was moved to the CORE repository including its history.
