Enhance the drag of goals

After Pull request 41, left click drags goal and its children. We can add a pan (using two finger) that would only drag a single goal and not its children.

Or maybe do the inverse : Left click = goal alone pan = goal + children

The pan can only be used by a touchscreen. You can not do a pan using the mouse. So it will be a feature only for touchscreen device.
