Consider model reuses of all extended aspects

Based on the examples given in pull request #59 and the comment after, we had a discussion in our meeting on 06.08.2015 and decided:

Model Reuses are concern public (especially in respect to in the future being able to extend reuses) and hence, model reuses from the same and all extended aspects need to be considered for Lifeline.represents (see #364) and when filtering callable operations (see #375).

Resolves #376: Adds a collectAllReuseInstantiations method to RAMModelUtil, which can be used to obtain all model reuse instantiations in the complete hierarchy of a concern. This can then be used for collecting the choice of values for Lifeline.represents (#364) and to filter callable operations (#375) based on mappings.
