Adjust build task to Eclipe Kepler and Git

The current build task is outdated and needs to be updated to plug-ins provided by Eclipse Kepler.

Also, the svntask is still included. Either remove it or replace it with a task for Git to get the Git commit id of the latest commit.

It would also be an option to migrate to Maven, which would simplify things immensely.

Resolved issue #39: Updated the build to use the latest Kepler plugin versions. Removed the svn task and added a target to retrieve the latest Git commit hash using the git executable. This will probably not work on Windows. This task that uses JGit could potentially be used, though: https://github.com/Hunternif/JGitVersion
