Allow instant selection on contextual menu with auto-close
Issue #412
new
Currently, the contextual menus are never automatically closed. When the user selects an action, the menu stays and the user needs to click the close button manually.
In my opinion, it is more common that a user just chooses one option, and not several consecutively.
Therefore, I propose to close a menu automatically as soon as an action is selected.

Nice to have:
Auto-closing the contextual menu is not a good idea because one might want to create several elements one after the other.
Instead, the idea is to allow to tap-and-hold, keep holding, and drag on to the option that should be selected. This can be found in other touch-based interfaces. Doing so, would then auto-close the menu.
