Add support for negative contributions to evaluator

Currently, the evaluator can only compute the scale factor and offset of impact models for models with positive contributions.

Support for negative contributions should be added, as these are already used and those values have to be calculated manually right now (and then impact models should not be modified to prevent overwriting the correct values).
