Make attributes and operations orderable

Currently new operations and attributes are always added at the beginning (or end soon). It would be nice to be able to re-order them, such that it is possible to insert an operation somewhere in the middle.

I am not sure if they should be draggable in some way or if buttons should be used.

However, constructors are always at the top, this order should be preserved.
