Deleting combined fragment with unused lifeline causes exception

Given the following message view:

When deleting the combined fragment, which also causes the lifeline myAssociated to be removed, causes an exception in the UI.

The commands seem to be executed in the wrong oder:

1. messages
2. operands
3. lifeline
4. combined fragment

When the message view is re-layouted after the lifeline removal, the combined fragment still exists but refers to the deleted lifeline.
