I've thought about either implementing a local webservice, Jni4Net or some other form of magic in order to make this happen. Has this been discussed somewhere before?

one other possibility I just saw is: https://github.com/heartlocker/JavaCallCSharp - I'm trying to get it to work now.

No, but it would definitely be cool to have this possibility. One thing we have thought about in the past is to add C# code generation. For that, being able to import C#/.NET classes is definitely a plus.
