Issue 501/Persisting TouchCORE models in CDO

The plan is to integrate TouchCORE and CDO. The following steps will be followed:

• Preparing the CDO Server with H2 Datastore <Can be switched later>
• Migrating the CORE and RAM ECore Models to CDO Native models
• Switching the persistence from XMI file to database
• Including the Session and Transaction Manager
