Change message view references to EmptyMessageView

With the references across models now in place, we decided in pull request #114 to change MessageViewReference to EmptyMessageView, which will allow to reference an operation (already always localized).

This will allow it to be used for partial operations (for advicing) and advicing operations from other models.
