Initial setup of Cypress

Configured Cypress via a first run (e2e testing)

Cypress config updates

• Updated ci-tests readme with some Cypress details and credits

• Updated cypress commands and startup scripts in package.json

• Added some cypress config needed

Added tests and fixtures

Adding additional commands to user drush to create and manage users.

Using sessions around logins so we users can be used across tests.

Docs updated.
