Thank you for this helpful speed improvements. We will merge it to the newest mainzelliste version. It will be part of the next Release (1.8). I have now to decline it here because I cannot merge it in the actual (1.7) master branch.

Each Patient is assigned Soundex-codes using the fields “nachname“ and “vorname“. These codes are checked in the Epilinkmatcher.
