Icon disappears after browser restart in linux

Everything works well until I restart the browser (both ff 22 and 23, both old and clean profiles). After restart the addon icon disappears from panel. It also never appears in "Customize..." list. I tried to move the icon to another panel before restart — it does not help.

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I have re-tested this on Linux but everything works fine with me. So I am afraid there is probably not much I can do about it, especially as this is not really handled within the add-in but in Firefox itself. Strange.
