The main MercurialEclipse code repository is made up of two Eclipse projects: 'plugin' and 'feature'.

Eclipse Setup

  • Install Eclipse Classic or another flavour that includes the plugin development environment (PDE)
  • Install Maven and M2Eclipse
  • Install Mercurial and MercurialEclipse

Get source code

Clone this URL and import it into Eclipse as the two projects.

Test and Debug

The easiest way to run MercurialEclipse to test and debug is by creating a new 'Eclipse Application' type launch.
