"Add n% quality" iterations ETA gets huge if fractorium is left idle for some time

I left fractorium final render dialog open and idle for some time (a few hours) after rendering, then clicked "Add 100% Quality". The ETA on the Iterations part then said 6 hours(!) and decreased by about 10 minutes per tick, the iterations part was complete in a few 10s of seconds.
