When on the followers screen, when I tap on an author/entity, it asks me if I want to follow them even if I already do.

Still an issue in 27. Some of the people I follow are shown as followed and some aren't. I've followed shawnj for a long time but he is showing as though I'm not. I tapped the FOLLOW button to see what it would do and it just spins forever. I've verified on tent.is that I really AM following him.

In R32, my Followers list in Tentr does not match my Followers list in tent.is. Some in tent.is show that I AM following them back while the same profile in Tentr shows that I am NOT following them back.
