Quick actions highlight should be more visible

When long-pressing a post to access the quick actions popup, a very light (white) highlight appears on that post while pressed. The highlight could be more prominent/visible, possibly with a darker shade of whatever color you choose, and/or some type of an inner shadow to show that it's being pressed down.

Also, long-pressing for quick actions doesn't always work on the first try; sometimes it's a bit hard to get the popup to appear. I have to keep my finger perfectly still.
