Error on no network connection

I received the attached error message after opening Tentr for the first time this morning. My wifi-only iPad had not connected to the network yet.

Unfortunately, I as in a hurry and didn't take a screenshot so I recreated the issue using airplane mode.

This points to the need for a better way of saying "you are disconnected" which is discussed in a separate issue.
