First run authentication

On first run, the app must authenticate before working. I deleted the app from my iPad, reinstalled release 21, and found the following.

1) The cursor should be in the text field for entering the Tent Address.

2) the authenticate button should be disabled until a tent address is present. Ideally, there should be some kind of verification that the address is valid.

3) Tentr tells me it is "discovering service" but it seems hung. It doesn't time out. It doesn't give me an error. It does nothing.
