"Reply" and "Message" text are clipped; these buttons' functionality.

When I go into conversation view, about half of the "Reply" and "Message" buttons are covered with white (the inside halves of each button are still visible.)

Also, I believe this has been brought up before, but these button's don't have any functionality for me, and never have. Should they?
