Settings page

I've noticed the gear icon that I assume will eventually lead to a settings page. I have some suggestions for this page:

• Move the "Clear cache" button to it
• Add multiple options for URL shortening to it
• Add a setting that allows the user to choose whether to display the Tentiy or the URI of the tent user as the default name in any given post
