Drafts recreate endlessly

When editing an already created draft in the drafts view, and canceling and don't saving should delete the draft, as described in another report. When hitting Save Draft it should update the draft with the actual content, instead a new draft is created, even if nothing was changed, which can result in a lot of same drafts… (Which all can't be deleted)
