Auto-remove http:// and https://

I think it would be beneficial in terms of space if the http:// and https:// prefixes were removed from mentions in the timeline. It would look better and provide an indication that it was a mention instead of a regular link.

I would take this a step further and as long as there is a name for the entity, use it. So "https:// tjreo.tent.is" becomes "Tony Jensen".

If I had no name, it would stay as "https:// tjreo.tent.is"
