Hide posts read in conversation view from timeline

Once implemented the suggestion on issue #320, issue #252 and issue #371, I'd like timeline view to hide "unread" posts I have already read in a conversation view. It could be automatically or through a button in the conversation view. Newer posts would regularly appear in the timeline. A button in the timeline could make hidden post to reappear.
