After authentication, timeline is not refreshed automatically.

Eventually, I'll put together my thoughts on the "first use experience" and making sure that the user has a great experience. I realize we aren't there yet.

After authentication is successful, we should automatically kick off a timeline refresh in the background so that by the time they hit the Home tab, they have stuff to look at.
