Not all user groups apear in group search dropdown

Sorry Mike...I now have another issue!

Only one of my BitBucket user groups is populated in the dropdown when performing a group search on the SME config page. I have 4 groups, only the first one is being presented. I'm not sure if it is related but the group name also loses it's captialisation.

Hi Paul,

If the group doesn't have permissions to the repository (denoted by having at minimum Read permissions to either the project or the repository), then they won't show up in the list.

As to the capitalization - I mirrored how Bitbucket handles adding permissions for groups. See the following:

The search feature in the plugin is case insensitive (as you can tell from your example) - so as long as you select the group in question - it should function correctly.
