SME per branch, not per repo

Hi,

This plugin would be more valuable if you can also set the SME to branches (or regex of branches). We have a workflow which is derived from gitflow. But it means that developers may not merge their pull request to a specific branch (e.g. release branch) unless a SME has approved it. But they may merge their pull requests to the development branches.

With the current implementation this is not configurable.

Please consider this as a future improvement. Rudy
