Change the number of SME's which need to approve

Hi,

This plugin would be more valuable if you can also set the number of SME's. In some cases we want to have multiple senior developers to review the pull requests.

Thanks for the feedback, Rudy. I'm sorry I haven't responded to you until now, if I get a chance to update this plugin I will consider adding an ability to customize the number of SMEs required.
