Fixed inheritance problems with InverseMatcher. Fixes issue #263. Replaced too-cute InverseMatcher.all_ids() with base imp. because it was wasteful and masked issues with normal iteration.

multiproc: make sure files get closed, fixes ResourceWarnings. I just added some try/finally statements, calling x.close() in the finally block, so sfreader, vreader (if any) and lenreaders get closed. This fixes all remaining ResourceWarnings from issue #257.

Use whitespace class instead of literal space in operator regexes. See issue #253.
Matt Chaput
- Changed operator regexes to use look-ahead/-behind instead of matching whitespace. Fixes issue #253. WhitespacePlugin could "steal" all whitespace before an operator so the op pattern (which included leading WS) wouldn't match. - Moved test_not_order to a more appropriate test module.

docs/docstrings: use "with" statement when creating searchers, so they get closed. fixes #75. note: most of this diff is due to indenting caused by "with" usage.
Thomas Waldmann
Fix whitespace related issues in the docs. Some documents contained tabs, mixed tabs with spaces (sometimes leading to wrongly indented code examples). I replaced all tabs by 4 spaces. I also removed trailing blanks at end of lines and multiple trailing empty lines at end of files. Added blank lines below .. note:: as required by rst syntax (sphinx was emitting warnings for this). NO other changes.
