hash() output buffer length is always 64

hash() always uses an output buffer length of 64, as seen e.g. in the Python 2 implementation here: https://bitbucket.org/mhallin/py-scrypt/src/6f4a8903fd02/src/scrypt2.c#cl-170

I don't see why it couldn't be a user-selectable parameter.
