reporter Hmm. Fixed it by just removing the version number and using
bib install -f sratoolkit
Is it possible to change the installation line (here)[https://bitbucket.org/caseywdunn/agalma] to just give the names of the packages (presuming this would get the latest version)? I guess for a release version you want to use the same one that was tested with agalma, but as all those programs get updated, it seems to cause slippage...
