Installation via setuptools

It seems strange that bnpy does not use setuptools to manage package installation. Is this an intentional choice by developers? It would certainly make it easier for new users to install and use the package. I'm happy to contribute a pull request, but wanted to inquire first, incase this was not welcome.

I've always intended to do this, but have been side-tracked by too many other issues. I still consider the project very much in alpha phase of development, so I've concentrated on improving performance rather than usability.

That said, I'm happy to consider a pull request.
