Closed Gracefully

I have a client using the Hylafax Reloaded application and everything is set up correctly, but when they hit Send, they get the error Connection Closed Gracefully.

I tried on the Hylafax web application with their account and was successful. Do you have any suggestions I can look at with this user? I’ve verified that I am able to use the Hylfax Winprint reloaded, as well as verifying her Windows password and connection. She is configured as a user who can use any modem to send a fax, so I’ve eliminated what I know to be common issues. Do you have any troubleshooting tips I can try?
